About me
Who am I? My name is Andreas Jangefalk and I am a software engineer by heart. I started my career 2014 as a Fullstack .NET C#, React.js jack of all trade. I usually split my career into two parts and two industries. First part is my engineering background. I love to build great products no matter if it is the web, backends, Cloud infrastructure etc. There is always a challenge that needs to be solved.
In my engineering background I have worked mainly in two industries. There is Fintech and Retail. In the fintech area I have worked a lot with payment solutions, payment gateways, B2B and B2C. Mobile apps, web apps, and backend solutions for the integrations to PSPs.
In the retail area I have worked both with e-commerce and internal support systems for e-commerce. Like order management, inventory systems. Consolidation systems for a lot of other systems, SSO and so.
My second part of my career is that I am really interested in Leadership and productivity. I have worked in different technical leadership roles like Tech lead, lead developer, Mentor and coach, CTO, Co Founder of startups and now Consultant partner. So I really enjoy both sides where I get the deep work from solving engineering problems and more loose work and scaling development teams with my leadership background from Big to small corp.
Why do I write?
I am really interested in personal development and I like reading and having a few hobby projects. What I have found in my career is that I learn more when I am writing about a topic or teaching in a subject. So this page i mostly for my own interest to learn more about different topics but it can also be seen as a source of information for different topics that I am interested in.
